SEER "Green Technoplex" Program |
|||||||||||||||
SEER is the “Sustainable Executive Enterprise Forum” managed by Dr. Hilary Bradbury-Huang at USC. SEER has a close working relationship with the Port of Los Angeles (Jan Green-Rebstock; Dr. Ralph Appy) for application of sustainable principles to port operations. Beginning in Fall, 2008, SEER, in conjunction with the Technoplex Group, began a formalized analysis of the “technoplex” methodology, with the intent of developing a template for implementation of technoplexes nationally. The program, under Dr. Bradbury-Huang’s direction, will assess the resources necessary, the networks and collaborations to be created, and other necessar actions. Stakeholders currently include the Port of Los Angeles, industrial community, intellectual property attorneys, the venture capital industry and universities, including USC and U.C. Santa Barbara. |
